I spent more than fifteen years supporting senior executives and directors and delivering projects with Australian and international organisations before starting Tailwind.
In smaller businesses, administrative work usually falls to the founder. It consumes time without requiring their judgment.
Tailwind brings senior-level support to those businesses by the hour, without a permanent hire.
I hold a Master of Management from UTS and a Bachelor of Education. Based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, I work in English and German with clients across Australia.

If the work needs a specialist or more capacity than we can provide, we'll tell you and help coordinate the right person.
