Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tailwind Executive Support Services ("Tailwind", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through tailwindexecutivesupport.com.au, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message, plus a business name if you include one. We also collect standard, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and browser type.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Your email address is never sold, shared or added to a marketing list. You will only hear from us in response to your message.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data only to provide those services. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your information

Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@tailwindexecutivesupport.com.au. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
