How many hours a month do most clients use?
Most use 10 to 40 hours a month. We start conservatively and increase only when the work requires it.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?
No. We typically work in monthly blocks but can be flexible with what works for you.
Can we combine services?
Yes. One engagement can cover standing support and defined projects across several service areas.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. We work remotely across Australia and are online during Australian Eastern business hours.
What about confidentiality?
A confidentiality agreement is standard. Access is task-specific and credentials are shared through a password manager.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it improves efficiency and suits the work. Tailwind has paid access to Claude Cowork and a ChatGPT Business workspace. Everything is reviewed by a person, and we agree how confidential client material may be handled before using AI tools with it.
